Jessica Cohen

Executive Director, Horizons at Dedham Country Day School

Jessica Cohen currently holds a BS in Psychology with a concentration in Children and Trauma from Pine Manor College. In 2017 Jessica received a certificate in Non-Profit leadership from the Institute of Non-Profit Practice at Tufts. Later in 2020, Jessica completed a year-long certificate program, Racial Equity Learning Community (RELC) through Trinity Boston Connects. 

Jessica started her career in 2004 working at The Second Step as a therapeutic afterschool teacher for children living in shelter due to domestic violence. It was here that her passion for supporting children and families began. Throughout her career Jessica has worked in various nonprofit organizations supporting children and families experiencing homelessness. She joined Horizons at Dedham Country Day School the summer of 2025, bringing with her over 20 years of nonprofit experience including both programmatic and development leadership roles. 

Jessica is honored to lead Horizons at Dedham Country Day School where she put her love for learning and deep commitment to equity and inclusion in action alongside our Scholars.
