Janim Sayles serves as regional Executive Director of Horizons Greater Boston, bringing a deep commitment to educational equity and a strong connection to the organization’s mission. With deep roots in Greater Boston's education landscape, she has dedicated her career to expanding access and opportunity for students and families from marginalized backgrounds, helping to connect them with meaningful resources and transformative opportunities. A Spanish speaker and first-generation college graduate, this work is deeply personal and central to her leadership.
Janim’s relationship with Horizons Greater Boston spans several years. As a member of the Board of Directors and former Chair of the Program Committee, she has been actively engaged in advancing key organizational priorities, positioning her to build on Horizons’ strong foundation and guide the region into its next chapter.
